I created the Cinderella doll with traditional kusudama pieces and bell flower pieces. I was inspired by the paper dolls from the book Creating Lovely Paper-Flower Dolls
The skirt is folded with one 10" (250 mm) square and two 6" (150 mm) squares of light blue construction paper. It's also decorated with two 4" (100 mm) pleated white dollies on the sides and a round piece of tulle on top.
The bodice is folded with a 4½" (112) square of of light blue construction paper. The collar is folded with a 3" (75mm) square of white washi paper and a 2" (50 mm) square of light blue construction paper. Each sleeve is folded with a 3" (75 mm) square and a 2" (50 mm) square of white washi paper.
I also used a set of Doll head and hands
