Cubes and Walls - Origami Tessellations

I came up with these geometric, three dimensional models. I think that they can be considered origami tessellations, as they were folded from a grid of squares, and the pattern can be repeated and arranged as tiles.

I used a 14" ( 350 mm) square of brown tant paper for the first one and a 11" (275 mm) square of cream parchment paper for the second one.
In both cases I started by folding a grid of 32 by 32 squares, where I folded the tiles. After finishig folding all the tiles, the model was still flat. The last step was to pop up (or down) the tiles, to form the cubes and walls.
