I like to fold them for Easter because both models represent the bunnies in a stand up posture, which is how the Easter bunny is more frequently depicted.
The pink bunnies, correspond to the model "Rabbit", designed by Akira Yoshizawa. The instructions to fold this model can be found in the book Origami Museum I - Animals
The bunnies were folded with 6" (150 mm) squares of Tant Origami paper
The yellow bunnies correspond to a model designed by Tomoko Fuse. The instructions to fold this model can be found in the book 12 Months in a Small Box - Autumn Winter, ISBN 4-480-87340-6 (in Japanese), and also in the book Origami Shiki Oriori, ISBN 978-4-14-031158-5 (also in Japanese) .
The bigger bunnies were folded with 6" (150 mm) squares of Tant Origami paper,
